How to delete your account and all related data

You can delete your Talevo account and all associated family data — including child profiles, saved stories, and audio — at any time, directly from inside the app. To do so:

• Open Talevo and make sure you are signed in.
• Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar.
• Under Account, tap Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion. All child profiles, generated stories, and audio files will be permanently removed.

If you would prefer to submit a deletion request by email, you can write to info@talevo.ai from the email address associated with your account and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
